Part of a healthy lifestyle is taking responsibility for your choices. You cannot simply rely on labels and marketing to form your knowledge. It is your responsibility to do the necessary research to make sure you know the true value and quality of the products you are buying and how they affect your health. Reading labels is a great start for understanding some of the complicated ingredients listed and how they affect you. In addition, If you are striving to eat whole, natural or organic, how do you know the truth of the resources you are buying? Where are you meats, vegetables, dairy, etc... really coming from? Are they TRULY organic? With today's busy schedule who has the time necessary to do the footwork needed to figure out the origin and quality of the products they buy on their quest to taking control of their health? I do the research for you. This is great and easy way to educate yourself so you don't neglect this essential part due to not having time.
